Vanilla&lt;br /&gt;2 cups oatmeal&lt;br /&gt;1 stick butter&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup cocoa&lt;br /&gt;3 tbs. peanut butter (Note: I like to use extra Peanut butter)&lt;br /&gt;nuts (if desired)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bring honey, butter, milk, cocoa to a boil for two minutes. Add vanilla, peanut butter, and oatmeal. Mix. Add nuts. Drop by rounded tsp. on wax paper lined dish. Layer wax paper as needed. Refrigerate. Blend in pumpkin, milk, cream, honey, spices, salt. Pour filling into pie shell. Cover edges of shell with strips of foil.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Remove foil, and continue baking for 15 more minutes. An inserted knife should come out clean when done. Butter an 8-inch-square&lt;br /&gt;baking pan.&lt;br /&gt;In a large bowl beat eggs. Add honey, oil, and buttermilk,&lt;br /&gt;and beat until well blended.&lt;br /&gt;Stir in carrots and nuts.&lt;br /&gt;In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda,&lt;br /&gt;and cinnamon. Fold into carrot mixture and mix well&lt;br /&gt;but don't beat. Enjoy! ~Missie&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup honey&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 cup mashed bananas&lt;br /&gt;1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup hot water&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup chopped walnuts&lt;br /&gt;DIRECTIONS&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).&lt;br /&gt;In a large bowl, beat oil and honey together. Add eggs, and mix well. Stir in bananas and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Add baking soda to hot water, stir to mix, and then add to batter. Blend in chopped nuts. Spread batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
